(2) The construction of a 54.3 m² extension to the corner of Portland Row & Dunne St. providing a new dining hall and entrance lobby. (3) The removal of existing vehicular access, minor alterations to the remaining elevations and internal areas, relocation of the bin storage area, and all associated site works, including the provision of new metal railings to the footpath boundary at 35 Portland Row, Dublin 1, D01 T102.
