Planning permission is sought for works to an existing two-storey semi-detached dwelling at 35 Hampton Court, Clontarf, Dublin 3, D03 W544, for Clare and David Anderson. The proposed development comprises: Alterations to the existing front façade, including revisions to the arrangement of window and door openings. Incorporation of the existing enclosed front porch into the Ground Floor. Construction of a single-storey extension to the side to facilitate new entrance along with conversion of existing garden storage room to proposed Utility space. Attic conversion, including modification of the existing hipped roof to a gable end roof, construction of a dormer window to the rear roof slope, installation of six no. rooflights in total, three rooflights to the front roof slope, one rooflight to the rear roof slope & two rooflights to the single storey flat roof to side. Provision of a new stairwell window to the extended gable wall at attic level. Internal modifications and reconfiguration.
