The proposed development will consist of (i) Demolition of existing single storey extensions to the side and rear of the existing property and removal of the existing chimney (ii) Construction of a new 2 storey extension to the side and a single storey extension to the rear (iii) Conversion of the attic to a habitable space and the introduction of 2 dormer windows to the rear (iv) Introduction of a ridge rooflight that extends to the front and rear elevation (v) Introduction of 2 velux windows to the front elevation and a single velux window to the side elevation (vi) Widening of the existing vehicular entrance off Nutley park (vii) alterations to all elevations, associatedlandscaping and all ancillary works necessary to facilitate development.
