Development Description
(i) demolition of existing single-storey rear garden shed, and demolition of existing single-storey garden shed to the side of the dwelling; (ii) construction of a part-single, part-two-storey flat roofed extension to the rear/side of the existing dwelling with 3 no. rooflights provided for kitchen/dining/utility room at ground floor level and new bathroom at first floor level. The works proposed result in a 2 storey, 3 bed residential dwelling.; (iii) internal reconfiguration (including removal of internal partition walls) at ground and first floor levels to accommodate the proposed extension; (iv) external revisions to front, side and rear elevations including amendments to windows at ground and first floor levels; and (v) all ancillary works, including internal layout revisions, as necessary to facilitate the development.
