The proposed development will consist of the following works at ground floor level: Change of Use of Units 24,24A, 48, 48A, 72 and 73 from fast food restaurant to medical services centre (378 sq m) and retail unit (115 sq m); Change of use of Unit 48 from retail use to restaurant / café use for the sale and preparation of hot food for consumption on and off the premises (146 sq m).
