Digital Realty intend to apply for permission for development at a site of c.1.33 ha at Digital Realty, International Exchange Centre, Clonshaugh Business & Technology Park, Dublin 17, D17 AW86. The proposed development will consist of the removal of an existing canopy and curtain walling along the existing building northern façade, to be replaced by a 200mm composite cladding panel and a single steel door. The provision of 3 no. new generators and associated bellytanks c. 8 metres in height each on a concrete plinth and associated generator access gantry platform in a new generator compound located within the existing external yard. A palisade fence will be provided enclosing the generator compound. A gantry, guardrail and 4 no. new chillers c. 2.5 metres in height each will be provided at roof level. The proposal includes hard landscaping and all other associated site works and provision of services above and below ground.
