5. The following transport-planning requirements of the planning authority shall be complied with: (a) Prior to commencement of development, the applicant shall submit a revised site layout plan drawing for the written agreement of the Planning Authority with a footpath network showing pedestrian priority routes from all the pedestrian entrances between the 2-no. main site access points, the main existing school building, and the proposed gym. This pedestrian priority footpath should follow each of the pedestrian entrances into the main site. All pedestrian footpaths should be a minimum of 1.8m. The applicant shall demonstrate priority pedestrian and cycle access from the vehicular entrance off Sybil Hill Road along the access road into the site. Any proposed pedestrian priority areas shall be indicated through markings/coloured materials. Updated scaled drawings should be submitted illustrating road markings and signage throughout the proposed repaved internal carriageway.
