Development to include: 1.) rear ground floor brick clad extension measuring 25sqm, 2.) first floor flat roof extension measuring 25sqm, materials of render and brick to compliment the existing structure, 3.) one new rooflight to existing rear roof pitch and all associated roofline changes, 4.) one new first floor window to the side elevation, and internal layout changes to accommodate proposed amendments and site works.
