The Developer shall comply with the requirements of the Drainage Division: c) The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems in the management of surface water, including the provision of a Green/Blue Roof as shown on dwg. M1467-OCSC-XX-XX-DR-C-5010Rev.P01, designed in accordance with the requirements of the Dublin City Council Green & Blue Roof Guidance Document (2021). Full details of the specification and extent of the roof shall be agreed in writing with the Drainage Planning (DPPDMD) Section prior to the commencement of construction. The preference of this Division is for intensive roof systems, where feasible as these promote enhanced biodiversity and ecological value.
