Development Description

SDDC No. 5 – In Liquidation, intend to apply for permission for development at the site at Units 9 – 11 Saunders House, Spencer Dock, Dublin 1, D01 WY95. The development will consist of the permanent amalgamation of Units 9, 10 and 11 to create a singular unit with a floor area of approx. 193 sqm with 2 no. entrance doors and associated signage on the eastern elevation. Permission is also sought for the permanent change of use from vacant retail to office use of Unit 9, 10 and 11 as previously permitted on a temporary basis under Reg. Ref. DSDZ3613/15 and Reg. Ref. DSDZ3946/21. The application relates to a proposed development within a Strategic Development Zone Planning Scheme area.
