for; (a) construction of a single storey extension to the side (south west elevation) & dormer extension to rear (south east elevation) of a dormer dwelling with minor elevational alterations to the existing dwelling to include raising the wall plate level for additional living space at first floor level, (b) demolition of a single storey annex & store to side (north east elevation) & single storey porch to side (south west elevation) & single storey porch to side (southwest elevation), (c) decommission an existing septic tank & install a new wastewater treatment system with percolation area, (d) decommission existing vehicular entrance on R356 & construct a new vehicular entrance on to L8742 roadway, (e) demolition of an existing hay barn, (f) construction of a domestic garage & (g) all associated external site works
