Ground Floor fit out as constructed which is currently in use as a retail space B. New doors to Quay Street elevation in place of previously existing windows C. Works to medieval building fabric which includes: i. Remedial works to the front door ii. Cleaning and pointing of part of internal stone walls. D. Existing branded signage to Quay Street façade of Blake’s Tower which replaces previous Costa Coffee signage (previously granted under Planning Ref 13256). AND 2. Permission to alter the first floor layout and include the construction of an open void which is part of Blake’s Tower, a Protected Structure (ref 8116) and National Monument (ref GA094-100044) including all associated site works
