Ref. No.’s 17/41, 22/19 & 22/248. No. 86 Bohermore on site is a protected structure (RPS No. 1201). The development consists of (1) Retention of additional floor area at lower ground floor level, (2) Retention of increased floor area at third floor level, and (3) Retention of change of use of third floor from bedroom accommodation to restaurant and rooftop bar, together with all associated site works and services.
