Development Description
for the renovation of the existing single-storey cottage (total gross floor area 34m2), to include forming a new window opening on the southern gable, works to the western façade to facilitate the extension connection, the provision of a new insulated floor slab and insulated inner walls and ceiling, replacing the existing metal roof, and the construction of a new single-storey pitched-roof extension (total gross floor area 113m2), with glass link connection, the installation of a new on-site wastewater treatment system & percolation area, and associated site works, including a new home office within the walls of the existing derelict stone walled structure to the south east of the existing cottage (total gross floor area 14m2), a new storage shed within the walls of the existing shed structure to the north of the existing cottage (total gross floor area 15m2), upgraded access road and landscaping. A NIS (Natura Impact Statement) will be submitted to the Planning Authority with the application
