Permission for development which consists of: works to an existing three storey office building. Removals of the following: defunct oil tank/bund, roof plant room, external finishes such as cladding, windows, doors, roof coverings and areas of existing ground finishes. New provisions include set down area to Nun’s Island Road, new low-level lighting, signage, permeable ground finishes and associated site works, external M&E plant room to the South to support the refurbishment, new external bin store and bicycle shelter, replacement of external opes as part of overall thermal upgrades including new external wall insulation and new cladding, together with internal layout and upgrade works.
