Permission for development which consists of: sub-division and partial change of use of existing Centre Unit 9/10 (as previously amalgamated under reference 98933). The proposed development provides for the subdivision of the existing retail unit to 2 no. smaller retail units and provision of a new entrance and access corridor from the northern side of the shopping centre, including associated signage, internal layout changes, elevational, doorway and fenestration alterations, and all other ancillary site works.
