The proposed development description is as follows: Block D (Four Crown Square)-A four storey commercial office building with rooftop plant areas over two levels of basement providing 6,991 m² GIA of commercial office use. Block E (Five Crown Square)- A four storey commercial office building with rooftop plant areas over two levels of basement providing 8,337 m² GIA commercial office use inclusive of 770 m² of retail/café use. Permission for 2 no. delivery and set down areas along Monivea road, upgrade of the existing eastbound bus stop on Monivea Rd. (Stop 523281) to include a Bus shelter, and provision of 2 no. city bike parking stations, including all associated ancillary and external works.
