To relocate an existing entrance, and to construct a new junction with the R- 939, and the commercial estate road opposite, and to provide for a new signalised junction, along with all works to the carriageway, and public footpaths to include new line marking to the R939. To construct a new internal access road, with lighting, set down areas, surface level car parking, accessible car parking and associated bicycle parking. To connect to the public drainage and potable water services, and for all associated infrastructure and connections. For all boundary and site treatments, external lighting, materials storage areas, including the provision of surface car parking, and a loading bay to serve the building.
