for the construction of a new two and three-storey extension to the north of the existing buildings consisting of classrooms, library, staffroom, and ancillary accommodation; partial demolition of existing single-storey school buildings; internal alterations to existing PE hall; construction of a new single-storey extension consisting of a four-classroom special education needs unit with ancillary accommodation, external soft play areas, and sensory garden to the south and west of the existing buildings; construction of a new carpark, set-down areas, site entrances and exits, and internal access road; extending existing bus set-down area along St. Brigid's Road and all associated site works.
