The works proposals include the following : Installation of a mezzanine floor within the double-height space; Extension of the existing building footprint on the eastern elevation at second floor level and on the southern and eastern elevations at the third floor level; Extensions of the existing stairwell on the northern elevation and the lift core on the southern elevation to serve the mezzanine floor; The insertion of a lightwell to bring light from the roof to all levels internally with associated adjustments at the roof level; Elevational changes to all facades; Inclusion of carparking and set down area at surface level; All associated site works and services.
