The development will consist of: • Demolition of existing hotel building and associated structures to rear, • Construction of a 3-storey apartment block with 3 no. one bed apartments, 3 no. two bed apartments and 3 no. three bed apartments; • Construction of stand-alone single storey bin store and bike store building to the rear of the development, • Provision of public lighting, landscaping and paved areas, • Revisions to existing car parking to include for 1 no. Electric Vehicle (EV) parking space, together with EV ducting to all spaces for future electric charging points, • Connection to existing mains water infrastructure, foul drainage network and surface water drainage network, together with all associated site works and services
