ABP-314263-22, • Retention and completion of housing development on revised site boundaries, • Provision for minor revisions to access with revised carparking for the proposed 2 no. semi-detached houses, to include ducting to all spaces for future EV charging points, revised landscaping proposals together with revised boundary treatments including removal and re-use of stone wall facing Gort road, • Connection to mains water infrastructure and public sewer, and revised surface water drainage arrangements to serve the development, together with the provision all associated site works and services
