for minor alterations to existing dwelling house as follows: 1) Increase in size of corner window opening to south & west elevation. 2) Increase in size of 2 window openings to accommodate 2 new sliding doors to south elevation. 3) Convert existing window to door opening and increase corner window in western elevation. 4) Addition of new door opening in western elevation. 5) Block up a window opening in north elevation and provide new door opening in rear elevation. 6) Replace door with window in north elevation. 7) Increase window opening in eastern elevation. 8) Change in roof profile to part of front roof. 9) Replacement of all external windows & doors. 10) New deck with glazed balustrade
