for the construction of two storage warehouses accessed via an existing entrance within the site of an existing commercial development, development to include a) provision of additional site entrance to accommodate HGV vehicles, b) associated road access including HGV access to proposed warehousing units, c) provision of 31 parking spaces and bike storage, d) provision of hard and soft landscaping including site lighting and all other associated and ancillary development and works above and below ground level.
