for the construction of a new community clubhouse extension adjoining the existing clubhouse, incorporating additional dressing rooms, gym, meeting room, toilets, stores and ancillary circulation spaces. Permission is also sought for the provision of a new seated spectator stand, uprage of the existing septic tank system to a new treatment system and percolation area, provision of additional public walkways, fencing and public lighting. Permission is also sought for the retention of the existing amended public lighting, pitch floodlighting & astro turf playing area and all ancillary services and site works
