Development Description
Galway County Council propose to carry out the following works: • The renovation and refurbishment of the building to accommodate a change of use to provide a multi- functional performance and event space with supporting uses at ground floor level and a creative enterprise hub and co-working space with meeting rooms and open-plan areas at first floor level. • The development includes demolition of the existing annex building to the rear and construction of a replacement annex to the rear of the building. • The proposed development includes connection to existing services, associated site works, boundary treatments and new signage.
