CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW 110KV CONTROL BUILDING AT THE EXISTING SUBSTATION AND ALL ASSOCIATED ELECTRICAL AND CIVIL WORKS, INCLUDING THE FOLLWOING: LOCAL EXTENSION TO THE EXISTING SUBSTATION COMPOUND, INCLDING PALISADE FENCING AND ASSOCIATED CIVIL WORKS/ RECONFIGURATION FO THE EXISTING VEHICULAR ENTRANCE ONTO THE R555, INCLUDING A LAYDOWN AREA WITHIN THE LAND-HOLDING; LANDSCAPING AND SITE BOUNDARY IMPROVEMENT WORKS TO FACILITATE THE RECONFIGURED ENTRANCE AND PROVIDE SCREENING TO THE PROPOSED CONTROL BUILDING; INSTALLATION OF A DUPLICATE BATTERY SYSTEM, 2 BAY CONDUCTOR UPRATES DISCONNECTOR TO BE REPLACED, PROTECTION UPGRADES ON 2 BAYS, THE REPLACEMENT OF 4 110KV CIRCUIT BREAKERS (CBS) AND THE INTALLATION OF LIGHTNING PROTECTION MONOPOLES.
