Development Description
.The development consists of (a) retention planning permission to retain the extension at the front of the house, the extension at the rear of the house and the elevational changes made to the house as constructed, (b) permission to alter and extend the extension at the rear of the house, permission to construct a covered porch on the Western side of the house, permission to construct an extension at the front of the house and permission to make elevational changes to the house, (c) permission to demolish the existing well house and construct a new well house in its place, and (d) permission to decommission existing septic tank and to install a new septic tank and percolation area (e) retention planning permission to retain the house, well house, wastewater treatment system, parking area, driveway and site entrance within revised site boundaries.
