Development Description
PERMISSION for amendments and alterations to the approved pharmaceutical ‘Fill-Finish’ production facility permitted under planning register 23/60295 (10-year duration of permission), i. Construction of a dual fire water retention / attenuation pond (c. 4,500m3), and an additional smaller surface water attenuation (150m3) pond with a combined site area of approximately 2,250m2 to include a 1.2m high perimeter fence. ii. Adjustments to positioning and layout of the approved car park to facilitate the proposed pond, with no change in total number of permitted spaces. iii. Adjustments to the approved internal road layout to include set-down area and turning circle. iv. Permanent permission for the existing 2.4m high temporary construction security fence in place of approved fencing at the northern boundary of the site. v. Associated works include re-alignment of the approved site drainage, adjustments to site levels and adjustments to the approved landscape plan.
