The demolition of 3 no. agricultural shed structures and the construction of 64 no. dwellings, car parking, landscaping and all ancillary site development works. The proposed development will consist of: 8 no. 4-bedroom detached dwellings, 46 no. 3-bed semi-detached dwellings and 10 no. 2-bed semi-detached dwellings. Vehicular and pedestrian access will be provided via a new entrance located off the Sneem Road (N70).
