the development of (a) retention planning permission to retain the house, shed 1, shed 2 and associated site works as constructed, (b) retention planning permission to retain the road side boundary fence and site entrance as constructed, (c) retention planning permission to retain the house, shed 1, shed 2, wastewater treatment system, parking area and site entrance within revised site boundaries and (d) permission to decommission the existing septic tank and permission for the installation of a new wastewater treatment tank and polishing filter to serve the existing dwelling house
