Planning Permission (A) a material change of use from Ecclesiastical to Educational and for a series of material changes to the first floor layout to provide 2 no. new classrooms and a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Base/Office and all associated works; (B) demolish existing rear communal extension areas and renovate existing dwelling elevations; (C) construct new standing alone two-storey building to provide new gym and shower/W.C. facilities at ground-floor and offices at first floor; (D) create a new non-vehicle access from St. Joseph's School to the Convent of Mercy at west side of the site; (E) and for all associated site development works, services, and landscaping at Convent Of Mercy, Doon West, Ballybunion, Co.
