Ref. 24/60996) including: (a) A change of use of the existing ground floor premises from a retail unit to a commercial event space. (b) Demolition of the existing roof, internal floors, rear extensions and rear metal shed structure, retaining the front facade and party walls, with reconstruction and a new rear extension within the site. (c) Construction of a new metal roof covering over the rear outdoor space, supported on the existing steel structure, with a freestanding toilet structure. (d) A new external stair access with refurbishment of the existing residential unit. Refurbishment and upgrades to the front elevation including a new shopfront and signage, and modifications to the rear and side boundary walls to provide new access gates. (e) Sundry other minor refurbishment and alteration works and all associated siteworks to facilitate this development
