to renovate an existing single storey dwelling house, this will consist of (a) demolishing a rear lean-to structure serving the existing house, making minor elevational and internal floor plan alterations, (b) construct a new front extension to the existing dwelling house to accommodate additional living space, and (c) decommission an existing septic tank and soak pit servicing the existing dwelling house and in its place allow for a new wastewater treatment unit discharging to a sand polishing filter, all associated site works
