the removal of existing, non-original, internal partition walls at the existing staircase at St. Patrick’s Quadrangle, the making of a new door opening to the existing staircase at St. Patrick’s Quadrangle from the existing Servery, the removal of existing, non-original, internal partition walls at the existing Kitchen, the construction of new partition walls in new locations at the existing Kitchen, the removal of existing, non-original walls at Ground Floor level and First Floor level to the existing annexe to the Kitchen, the construction of a new staircase and passenger lift within the existing annexe to serve the existing First Floor Office/Meeting/Seminar Room, the construction of a new lobby and new WC’s at First Floor level to the existing First Floor Office/Meeting /Seminar Room, the re-roofing of the existing flat roof to the existing annexe and all associated site development works
