The development also includes removal of an existing cycle storage area and the provision of a new covered bike storage, all site development works hard and soft landscaping; plant; public lighting; signage; piped infrastructure and ducting; boundary treatments; SUDs; changes in level and all associated site development, clearance and excavation works above and below ground
