The existing warehouse use has a gross floorspace of 1,901.1 m² broken down over two levels of accommodation as follows: • 1,028.5 m² gross warehouse floorspace at ground floor level. • 872.6 m² gross warehouse floorspace at first floor level. The retention planning permission development consists of: 1. The retention of 107.4 m² of new ancillary office floorspace at second floor mezzanine level. 2. The retention of modifications to the existing north-eastern and north-western elevations. 3. All associated ancillary site development works.
