It is proposed to retain the bay window on the south elevation of permitted Duplex Block B, in a kitchen and living area at first floor level, and at bedroom level at second floor level, of Duplex Unit 8B. Duplex Block B is adjacent to the Millicent Road frontage of the permitted LRD development. The windows it is proposed to retain address permitted open space to the south.
