Key works include reconfiguration of the Clinical Skills Lab, division of Store ST07, and conversion of the server room into a store and side room, with updated fire ratings. There are also floor and ceiling replacements throughout and minor reconfigurations to existing services in order to convert the existing space into a series of clinical labs, side rooms and administrative offices required for this teaching facility.
