No. 12001032), and No. 21 Patrick Street which is a protected structure (RPS Ref: B157), (NIAH Ref. No. 12001031), including the removal of an external water tank at roof level and the reinstatement of a pitched roof. The development will also consist of modifications to the existing boundary wall between 20/21 Patrick Street & 10 Ormonde Rd (NIAH Ref. No. 12001033) which forms the curtilage of a protected structure (RPS Ref: B157) to comprise demolition of existing lean-to structure and provision of pedestrian archway. Demolition of an additional outbuilding within the curtilage of 10 Ormonde Rd is also proposed. This application proposes carpark surface upgrades to 20/21 Patrick Street & minor landscape upgrades to the rear of 10 Ormonde Rd. The development is located within the Patrick Street Architectural Conservation Area
