The development will consist of the change of use and conversion of an existing former convent building to residential use, comprising a total of 13 no. apartment units, including 1 no. studio apartment, 9 no. one-bedroom apartments, and 3 no. two-bedroom apartments over 3no. existing floors. The development will also include the provision of associated car parking, bin storage, bicycle parking, drainage works, landscaping, and all associated site development and infrastructural works
