construct a high-power electric vehicle charging hub and associated infrastructure, consisting of the following: (i) installation of 8no. electric vehicle charging bays and 4no. charging points which will replace 14no. existing spaces, (ii) Installation of new EV canopy with associated illuminated signage, (iii) new modular ESB Substation, (iv) new EV banner and other signage, (v) signature wall, (vi) relocation of existing lighting columns, new road markings and, (vii) all other associated drainage and site development works.
