THE PROPOSED WORKS TO MAKE PERMANENT INCLUDE SLIGHT ALTERATIONS TO THE CAR PARK LAYOUT, THE CONSTRUCTION OF A TARMACADAM SURFACE TO THE CAR PARK ROADS, A PERMEABLE GRASSCRETE SURFACE TO THE CAR PARKING BAYS, ADDITIONAL ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING POINTS AND UNDERGROUND DUCTING, AND ASSOCIATED KERBING, DRAINAGE, AND LANDSCAPING WORKS. THE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT REPORT WILL BE SUBMITTED TO THE PLANNING AUTHORITY WITH THE APPLICATION. THE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT REPORT WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR INSPECTION OR PURCHASE AT A FEE NOT EXCEEDING THE REASONABLE COST OF MAKING A COPY DURING OFFICE HOURS AT THE OFFICES OF THE PLANNING AUTHORITY.
