(12).To retain and complete the change of use of the existing barn to an events venue centre to include the renovation, partial demolition and extension of this structure. The development is located within the curtilage and attendant grounds of Drumhierny Lodge which is a Protected Structure in the Leitrim County Development Plan 2023-2029 in the town lands of Drumhierny and Macken, Leitrim Village Co.
