Development Description
1) Restoration and change of use of existing Drumhierny Lodge to a Bar/Restaurant. 2) Construction of a 2-storey extension to the back of Drumhierny Lodge including kitchen and function room ancillary to the Restaurant/Bar. 3) Construction of a single storey glass Orangery to the east elevation of Drumhierny Lodge including a rooftop terrace. 4) Construction of 2 no. glass porch to front and rear entrance to Drumhierny Lodge. 5) Restoration and change of use of existing coach house outbuildings providing reception area, café, staff facilities and offices serving Drumhierny Woodland Hideaway. 6) Reconstruction of single storey outbuildings linking coach house with Drumhierny Lodge providing toilets and storage facilities serving Drumhierny Woodland Hideaway including link archway connecting the courtyard to the grounds to the east. 7) Construction of glass lobby in front of coach house archway and first floor doorway to link to grounds to the north. 8) Connection to all public services and all ancillary site works including works to courtyard. Drumhierny Lodge is a protected structure (Leitrim Register of protected Structures RPS No. 190)
