1.Change the use of building from light industrial to warehouse/ tile showroom, 2. Change the use of part of the site/open yard to allow for storage of commercial passenger vehicles, 3. The erection of commercial signage adjacent to the site entrance and on the front facade of the building, 4. Retention of all elevational amendments made subsequent to the initial construction, 5. Retention of external loading ramp and dock, 6. Retention to construct walls and roof to enclose loading ramp and dock, 7. Retention of change of northwest facade to steel cladding from cement render, 8. Retention to construct a new entrance gate to secure the yard.
