B. Permission for site development works, form new street access to rear, alterations to existing external steps, form new service yard, internal alterations to existing bar & stores and associated works. C. Permission for change of use of existing residential dwelling to bar associated games room and ancillary office space, construct extension to proposed games room with alterations to elevations and improved internal & external access. D. Permission for amendment to Condition 2 on Planning Reg. Ref. No. P.15/19, in terms of time limits to do with outdoor music and subject to licensing laws, noise levels and noise monitoring. Condition determined by the Planning Authority.
