We, Aughnasheelin GAA Club, wish to apply for full planning permission for the following works: 1. The construction of a new 3G GAA training pitch and associated ball stop nets. 2. To construct 4 no. floodlighting fixtures to serve the proposed 3G training pitch. 3. To construct a new multipurpose sports court to the North of the site. 4. To construct a new playground area. 5. To construct new spectator fencing around the perimeter of the existing GAA pitch and the perimeter of the proposed 3G training pitch. 6. To construct new spectator fencing around the perimeter of the proposed multipurpose sports court and the perimeter of the proposed playground area. 7. To construct ball stop nets around the perimeter of the proposed playground and proposed multipurpose sports court areas. 8. To construct a new pedestrian walkway around the proposed 3G training pitch and the proposed multipurpose sports court and to upgrade the existing pedestrian walkway around the perimeter of the existing GAA pitch. 9. To construct new low-level lighting to serve the proposed pedestrian walkway. 10. To construct a new 47 no. space car park, to include 4 no. disabled access parking bays. 11. To construct 2 no. EV car parking bays. 12. To construct a new public green space with outdoor seating. 13. To remove the existing hedgerow to the South of the site and construct a new footpath to connect the proposed development entrance on L13111 and the existing footpath on L1311. 14. The retention of an existing scoreboard structure to the Southeast of the site and all ancillary works and boundary treatments. The works are located at Aughnasheelin GAA Club, Corramartin, Corrabeegher, Aughnasheelin, Ballinamore, Co. Leitrim, N41 YT59.
