development consisting of amendments to previously approved (Planning Ref 20/1137) comprising of the following: i. Removal of basement of 46 Cecil Street from the application which is being developed under Planning Ref 23/60938. ii. Removal of the previously granted fourth floor extension under planning ref: 10/770080 and 20/1137. iii. Reduction in height of previously granted lift shaft under planning ref: 10/770080 and 20/1137. iv. Rear Elevational changes to remove proposed balconies and amended fenestration to reflect reconfigured office layouts with eight no. new windows at second and third floor level. v. Permission for change of use of stairwell to office space at ground and first floor level. vi. Internal reconfiguration of ground, first, second and third floor levels (including the removal and relocation of internal stairwells) and associated increase to office floor area. vii. Reinstatement of two no. previously blocked up original windows. One to the rear elevation on third floor level. One to the front elevation at basement level. viii.
