The development will incorporate a change of use of the existing retail unit at ground floor level and adjoining private residential accommodation at first and second floor levels to form a third apartment block, providing 6 no. apartments, increasing the overall development to 15 no. apartments, the installation of an interim pre-treatment wastewater tank prior to discharge to the main sewage network. The development also includes revision of the site boundary and relocation of bicycle and bin storage areas previously permitted under Planning Reference 23/60378, together with all associated site works, at Bridge Street, Newcastle West, Co. Limerick. The property is located within an Architectural Conservation Area.
